Since opening the door of our Georgian townhouse in February 2009, our ambition has been to showcase exceptional ingredients, deliver extraordinary experiences, and nurture talent. Today, that passion burns brighter than ever.
As a young chef working in the Michelin-starred kitchens of London, I never imagined that my career would lead me to a restaurant in the side streets of a Cornish fishing town. Seventeen years later, No6 has become the beating heart of The Ainsworth Collection. Everything we strive for daily across the Collection comes from here, and it is where our Cornwall story began.
No6 offers dining that you cannot replicate at home, with menus that reflect our relentless pursuit of excellence: the finest ingredients cooked with care and precision, wrapped up with genuine warmth and attention to detail. This is what we ask our guests to pay for.
At first glance, the menus might appear expensive, but I promise you that No6 will nourish more than just your taste buds. I don’t want our menus to confuse you; instead, I want them to surprise and delight, leaving you wondering, ‘how did they do that?’ From the moment you book until you leave, we want you to feel that you’ve had the best dining experience of your life and received great value for money.
The ethos that guides us is that our guests should not feel privileged to visit No6. Instead, it is we who are privileged to welcome you, because you chose to spend your time and money with us. I know in my heart that this mindset has created an authentic hospitality culture among our team, who strive daily to deliver the warmest Ainsworth Collection welcome.
Join us and let us show you OUR No6.
